  • Hair loss due to aging, alopecia, cancer
  • Hot Climate
  • High physical activity level
  • Busy schedules
  • Allergies to Conventional Makeup
  • Correction of asymmetrical facial features or scarring
  • Diminished or no natural lip line
  • Individuals who desire convenience, saving time & money
  • Individuals who have difficulty applying makeup
  • Adding balance, symmetry and color enhancement to facial features

  • Pregnant or nursing
  • Diabetic
  • Chemotherapy (consult your doctor)
  • Viral infections and/or diseases
  • Epilepsy
  • Pacemaker or major heart problems
  • Organ transplant
  • Skin irritations or Psoriasis near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.)
  • On keloid or if you have tendency to keloid
  • Taking blood thinning medication 
  • Sick (cold, flu, etc.)
  • Botox in the past 2 weeks

Pre-Care and After-Care

Permanent makeup pre-treatment advise and considerations

  • Do not use aspirin or ibuprofen for 48 hours prior to the procedure. 
  • No alcohol on the day of the procedure. 
  • If at all possible, try to schedule the appointment before or after your menstrual cycle.

eyelashes

  • If you wear strip lashes and are having the eye make up on, please have them  removed  before the procedure, so there is no residue of glue and make up on your eyelids.
  • Eyelashes tinting should not be done within 48 hours before, and 7 days after the procedure.

eyebrows

  • Eyebrows tinting should not be done within 48 hours before, and 7 days after the procedure.
  • No Wax before the procedure.


PRE-CARE FOR LIP BLUSH:

  • Antiviral medication Acyclovir, Valtrex, Zovirax, Famvir or other anti-viral pre and post-procedure is highly recommended to reduce the occurance of a cold sore outbreak. take for a total of 5 days (2 days prior to procedure, 3 days post-procedure) 
  • You will need to contact you physician in order to obtain your prescription strength anti-viral medication. You should inform them of your decision to have permanent makeup applied to your lips and they will need to call your prescription in for you to pick up at your pharmacy. 
  • Exfoliate lips and keep them moisturized 3 days before the procedure.   
  • Get plenty of rest and drink lots of water to hydrate before the procedure.
  • L-lysine is the perfect supplement to have before and after the treatment.
  •  No alcohol 24 hours before procedure.  
  • Avoid sun and tanning one week prior to procedure.  
  • Must wait a minimum 6 months after lip fillers or implant  
  • Please note: You will be more sensitive during your menstrual cycle

AFTER-CARE FOR LIPS:

  • We highly recommend that our lip clients take an anti-viral medication for a total of 5 days (2 days prior to procedure, 3 days post-procedure). examples of Antiviral medications: Acyclovir, Valtrex, Zovirax, Famvir or other anti-viral medications, this is to prevent cold sores or blisters.
  • Apply cotton pad soaked with normal saline on lips for 3 minutes, do it three times a day for 5 days after the procedure, It is very important to remove the skin lymph fluids from the surface of the skin in order to avoid heavy scabbing.
  • Apply repair cream on lips 3 times a day. This should be done for at least 7 days post treatment. 
  • Lips may feel dry after healed, you may wear chapstick, lip balm or some lip protectant, make sure the tube of lip product is new.
  • No soaps, cleansing creams, or chemicals on lips. Wash your face carefully avoiding the lip area for 5 days.
  • Avoid moisture to the lips such as hot soups and hot coffee for 5 days. Drink everything through a straw until lips completely peel.
  • DO NOT bite into greasy, oily, salty or spicy foods, rather cut them up and place them into your mouth.
  • While eating, do not constantly wipe your lips with a napkin or keep licking your lips at this will impede the healing process. 
  • DO NOT PICK dry healing tissue or you WILL remove the pigment color!
  • Avoid underwater swimming and bathing for a minimum of 4 weeks to avoid bacterial infection.
  • Do not brush teeth for five days after procedure, use mouthwash. 
  •  Do not expose the lips to direct sun exposure or tanning beds for 4 weeks. 
  • No smoking, No kissing while lips are healing.
  • IMPORTANT: Minimal scabbing and/or flaking may occur 3-5 days after procedure. DO NOT pick, rub, wipe,  scratch at the scab by hands, let the scab pieces fall off naturally. 

AFTER-CARE FOR EYEBROW:

  • Keep your treated area dry and clean for 3-5 days.
  • Using cotton pad soaked with saline water apply on eyebrows for 3 minutes, then gently wipe the skin tissue from the brows, It is very important to remove the skin lymph fluids from the surface of the skin in order to avoid heavy scabbing. 
  • Do apply healing cream for about 4 days, 2-3 times a day.
  • Important: Minimal scabbing and/or flaking may occur 3-5 days after procedure. Do not pick, rub, wipe, scratch at the scab by hands, let the scab pieces fall off naturally.
  • For post treatment care, only use recommended products to clean the treated area.
  • In the first two weeks after the treatment avoid swimming pools, sunbathing, tanning beds, sauna, and intense training accompanied by sweating (sport activities), and avoid contact with dirt/dust.
  • IMPORTANT: Failure to follow post-procedure after care may cause loss of pigment, discoloration, or infection.
  • Touch-up, if needed, must be completed within 4-12 weeks of initial procedure.

AFTER-CARE EYELINER:

  • Keep your treated area dry and clean for 3-5 days.
  • Use a damped (saline water) cotton pad gently wipe clean the treat area.
  • Apply a small dab of antibiotic ointment or cream on treated area for about 5 days, 2 times a day. 
  •  Swelling and tenderness is to be expected after the eyeliner procedure as the skin is very thin in this area, it usually happens on the second day morning when you wake up, it shall subside after a day. (don’t drink too much water before sleep and it’s better sleeping in a slightly elevated position, that all can reduce the swelling of the eyes.)
  • Important: Minimal scabbing and/or flaking may occur 3-5 days after procedure. during the time may feel itchy, do not pick, rub, wipe, scratch at the scab by hands, let the scab pieces fall off naturally.
  • For post treatment care, only use recommended products to clean the treated area.
  • Please do not use any makeup near the procedure area including mascara and eyeliner products during healing process.
  • In the first two weeks after the treatment avoid swimming pools, sunbathing, tanning beds, sauna, and intense training accompanied by sweating (sport activities), and avoid contact with dirt/dust.
  • IMPORTANT: Failure to follow post-procedure after care may cause loss of pigment, discoloration, or infection.
  • Touch-up, if needed, must be completed within 4-12 weeks of initial procedure.
